Discovered Purposeful Design in Military Service
Serving in the US Army as a Korean soldier, I experienced two different systems. This contrast taught me that purposeful, human-centered systems enable people to thrive and achieve shared objectives. It solidified my desire to build technology that serves people and drives systemic change
How can we create together?
After my service, I majored in visual design and artificial intelligence, which led to my first UX designer role at SAP. Collaborating with diverse teams, I leveraged my multidisciplinary background to connect cross-functional groups. Working with stakeholders from tech giants to early-stage startups, I aligned team expectations and integrated diverse perspectives to create user experiences that achieved our collective goals.

Once we know what we want to achieve, everything is learning
2024 was my toughest year, marked by my doubt to my work and financial hurdles. However, overcoming fear and anxiety led to significant self-discovery, growth, and wonderful connections. I truly believe that once we know what we want to bring to the world, every experience becomes a learning opportunity.
